Girlfriends plot
Lok grew up in Macau and studied in Taiwan. Now she lives in Hong Kong, where she awaits the opportunity to direct her second film. While her partner, Bei Bei, searches for stability, Lok struggles with herself and embarks on a journey through her past. Unable to find solid ground, her queer life unfolds as a journey through Macau, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, and her romantic relationship begins to teeter on an unstable foundation.
