Frontières plot
Six men and a woman leave Senegal to achieve their ideal: Europe. The group is not made up of exiles or refugees, but of free people who see the chance to achieve their goal and take their destiny into their own hands. During their clandestine and arduous journey, which they make for the most part in a refrigerated truck that transports fish, a feeling of togetherness arises despite the constant distrust. The journey takes you from the Senegal River via the international transport route through Mauritania to the Strait of Gibraltar. But the group, faced with all sorts of danger, disintegrates as they approach Tangier, the last stop before making the crossing to Spain and the European hinterland.
