Young Franz was abandoned by his girl. He visits luxury apartments as a potential buyer who is clearly not rich, but lives in a city where that is still no problem: Berlin. He meets an elderly woman who is looking to replace him for her teenage son and uses him to fulfill her inappropriate sexual needs.
