Indeed a very mediocre short film that ends before it really begins. The Nazis' disability program paralleled the persecution of Jews and other groups they considered inferior. The film Werk ohne Autor (Film, 2018) gives a nice deeper look at this.
The film's ideas are good, but it's a shame about the limited resources available. Doesn't do what other short films do in the little time they have. The film is not completed, leaving me with a bored feeling.

It doesn't stop hearing about all kinds of atrocities. "Just shoot it," says a young boy with conviction in the classroom... as if it is nothing.
The short film is well constructed and original and indeed contains enough material for a feature film.
However, it could also convince me.
