FIFO plot

When implementing the 'First in First out' (FIFO) shelf policy in supermarkets, Stephan is charged with placing the freshest products behind the older items. Products approaching their sell-by date should be removed. When Stephan goes to the storage room in the basement, he is confronted with those who could still benefit from the products, but who are excluded by the system. Moreover, he is confronted with his own past and who he was before he got this job.
