Feuer unter Deck plot
For 22 years, Captain Otto Scheidel led the steamer 'Jenissei'. It was the last steamer on the Elbe. In order to stay on his ship, he even gave up his girlfriend Carola, whom everyone calls 'Caramba'. But those times are over. The 'Jenissei' is now anchored once and for all and will be converted into a restaurant. Carola will run the future restaurant. But then suddenly there is an extreme water shortage in the Elbe, which means that some ships are stuck on the ground.
