Fear No More plot
Sharon Carlin goes on a business trip for her boss. She finds a murdered woman in her train compartment and is knocked unconscious by a man with a firearm. Shortly afterwards, she is arrested on suspicion of murder. She manages to escape the police and is helped during her flight by the passing motorist Paul Colbert. Back in her apartment, she finds the body of a murdered friend. She must confide in Colbert and tell him of her psychiatric past. He wants to help her, but can he still believe her when her boss and others turn against her?
