FBI: Negotiator plot

Agent Laura Martian is a successful hostage negotiator. One of the best in the business. She must be available seven days a week, 24 hours a day to release hostages in crisis situations without causing any deaths. What makes the job complicated for her is that she has to maintain herself in a real man's world. When she also falls hopelessly in love with her colleague and has to keep a rebellious daughter under her thumb, it doesn't make her life any easier. Then Laura faces the most difficult situation ever: she has to negotiate with a mother who has taken hospital staff hostage. The woman wants to get medicine for her sick daughter. This leads to a blood-curdling climax, where one misstep can cost many lives.
