Faces in the Fog plot
"YOUTH ON THE LOOSE! BUFFETED BY FATE!"
Mary Elliott and Joe Mason are high school students who fall in love shortly after meeting. Both are very nice, but also naive young people. It is Maria's father Tom, her brother Bob and Danny, a friend of her brother's, who create a tense situation for the newly married young couple by getting into trouble with the law. In an effort to cover up their criminal activities, Maria's and Joe's own situation worsens. The more both try to uphold the reputations of those around them, the more they damage their own reputations, jeopardizing their future.
