F Tipi Film plot
Ten directors decide together to tell stories related to the Turkish bloody and crackdown in the prisons in 2001. In 2000, controversial plans were announced to convert the collective large prison halls in Turkish prisons into cells of one to three people, the so-called F-type cells. But the changes would only happen to individuals serving life sentences. However, this is not to the liking of many other inmates. On October 20, 2001, they announced a 'fast until death' in protest against the planned divorce. Over the next few months, hundreds of prisoners across Turkey took part in this action. But on December 19, the government launches a crackdown. More than ten thousand police officers and soldiers storm 20 prisons. In the ensuing chaos, 32 people are killed and hundreds injured...
