Extraño plot

The protagonist is forty-year-old Axel, a doctor who no longer practices his profession. He lives temporarily with his sister and her children. He doesn't do much, kind of lives among the living and their stuff. One day he meets a young pregnant woman. A relationship develops, a kind of love, and they move in together, like driftwood temporarily clinging to each other. But Axel's moves are hesitant. He goes to visit a love from the past.
