Australian hit man Christopher Dale Flannery, nicknamed 'Mr. Rent-a-Kill', is incarcerated in the infamous H Division of Pentridge Prison in Melbourne. He is mistreated and tortured by the sadistic prison guards. They want to teach him to abide by the laws and regulations of the H Division. However, Flannery makes his own laws.
