"SEE THE SCANDALS, BRUTALITIES, CRIMES IN THE PRIVATE LIFE OF DR. PAUL JOSEPH GOEBBLES!"

The young doctor Paul Joseph Goebbels is a failed playwright. Forced to support himself, he takes a job as a tutor in Eberhart Quandt's household. His first attempt at imposing himself on women is when he becomes interested in the young actress Maria Brandt. Maria is the daughter of Colonel Brandt in whose house he is staying. However, Goebbels is evicted by Colonel Brandt. That night, Goebbels poses as a doorman at a meeting of the new German Socialist Party. Goebbels hears Adolf Hitler speak and becomes an ardent follower of his. Goebbels becomes head of propaganda at the party. However, his advances instill fear in innocent young women.
