En Verden til Forskel plot

Twelve-year-old Jens has a Polish father and a Danish mother. When he was six, his parents divorced and Jens was sent to his grandfather in Yugoslavia. When he dies, the boy ends up in a boarding school. He runs away and manages to find his father, a dreamy gambler, in Copenhagen. However, his dream of living with his parents again cannot come true.
