Yann Kermadec sees his dream come true when he is asked to replace the skipper of the 'DCNS' in the solo ocean race the 'Vendee Globe'. In this race, 20 top sailors sail around the world, but Yann, the leader after a few days of sailing, is forced to stop due to a damaged rudder. His life is turned upside down in one fell swoop.
