Elusive Isabel plot

Led by Prince D'Abruzzi and his assistant Isabel Thorne, the Latin nations have devised a plan to dominate the world. Thanks in part to the invention of Isabel's unbalanced brother Luigi, they can detonate a bomb from miles away. Representatives have come to the United States to finalize the plan, while the American Secret Service, tipped off to the plot, hopes to stop them. Agent Hamilton Grimm tracks the conspirators and focuses on Isabel. They meet and fall in love, but Isabel puts politics above passion and continues to work for D'Abruzzi.
