El Destierro plot

While the Spanish Civil War is raging in the plains, the hills are quiet and covered with snow. The novice priest Teo is sent to an abandoned outpost to guard Franco's army for six months, along with his fellow soldier Silverio. The tension is heightened when they capture an injured young Polish woman. Since she is a member of the International Brigades, they normally have to shoot her right away. But both men prefer to keep her captive.
