El Compadre Mendoza plot
During the Mexican Revolution, Rosalio Mendoza survives the government forces and Zapata's army by standing on the good graces of both sides. Everyone is welcome at his hacienda and Mendoza is seen as a good friend of his guests. Eventually the situation becomes unbearable, he has to choose a side. Betrayal and deception take over when Mendoza's dark side comes to the surface.
