El Camino entre Dos Puntos plot

"El Camino entre Dos Puntos" outlines how the past and the future overlap in this portrait of a disordered region affected by industrialization. A man apparently wanders aimlessly through an anonymous Argentine city, wedged between ocean, desert and oil industry. His decision to steal a car seems unmotivated, but takes the story to the endless, savage Patagonian plains. Even in this emptiness, ravaged by unrelenting winds, there are raw remnants of civilization everywhere: dilapidated houses, gleaming oil puddles and pumpjacks.
