Just back from ten years of work in Africa, there's only bad news for Philip (Francis Fulton-Smith): his ex-girlfriend has just been killed, and his mother-in-law refuses to put him in touch with his daughter Maxi (Hazel Franke). . He didn't know before that he had a daughter at all, and now he wants nothing more than to start a family with her. To make that happen, he makes contact with Alexandra (Annika Pages), his ex's best friend.
