Ein Geheimnis im Dorf - Schwester und Bruder plot

The young deputy mayor Irene temporarily replaces the mayor of a municipality in Styria, who died in a traffic accident. She quickly makes her decisions unloved by some of the population, such as after her refusal to grant permission for the construction of a bypass. When a celebrity chef wants to open a new restaurant and Irene's brother becomes an apprentice in his kitchen, Irene resists the plans. As a result, secrets from the brother and sister's past come to light.
