Een Hond Die Huilt plot

It is storming hard in the Westkolkstraat. In the film, the isolated human being is observed in all its loneliness and ignorance. The ballerina without her audience, the dog locked on his balcony, the man who can't start his car, the tennis player who knocks tennis balls out of his window. Each character is stuck in their own way and craves human contact.
