Édes Emma, Drága Böbe - Vázlatok, Aktok plot
Due to the abolition of compulsory Russian, teachers Emma and Böbe are forced to retrain. They are taking a crash course in English. The way they try to survive is a symbol of the political situation in their country. Emma tries to maintain integrity in all circumstances, but everything slips away from her. Her friend Böbe turns out to be leading a second life. Böbe openly hooks up with foreign tourists, prostitutes himself and trades in currencies. Emma is interrogated, Böbe arrested. When she later returns to the guest house, Emma's girlfriend makes a new, definitive choice.
