Dve Strochki Melkim Shriftom plot
The young historian Fyodor Golubkow from Leningrad wants at all costs to uncover the truth about the death of his party courier Tischkow in 1912, who is still regarded by many as a traitor. Fyodor's investigation leads him to suspect that Tischkow was not at fault. But it takes a long time before he can actually prove this, because the statements of the witnesses often turn out to be unreliable. In addition, the study of the past creates new problems in Fyodor's personal life. The longer the search for the truth continues, the more evidence he gathers that incriminates another acquaintance of Fyodor's group.
