Dumpster Baby plot

A drug addict dumps her baby in a trash can right after delivery. Helpless and left for dead, the baby finds herself in a journey full of strange figures. He comes across a cheating doctor, a vicious pimp, a mentally retarded garbage collector and a crack-addicted prostitute with a heart of gold.
