Two-year-old Mila is deaf. But after a medical examination it appears that this could be remedied by an implant. But her deaf parents are against it. The hospital calls in a judge to render a verdict. Do the parents have the last word here, or can the law be applied in the best interests of the child, against the wishes of the parents...?
