Drie Weken Huisknecht plot

The film is about a young castle dweller who has lost his way and his servant. A rich butcher buys the castle and moves in with his family, and the squire enters his service as a house servant, while the real house servant plays squire. When the pseudo house servant and the daughter of the new-fangled castle dweller finally become engaged, everything comes together naturally. When all misunderstandings have been cleared up, the squire can still keep the castle by marrying the butcher's daughter and he suddenly turns out to be a not ungifted farmer, who manages his estate properly with financial support from his grandfather.
