Dreamer plot

"A man dreams of winning. A woman dreams of loving. A dreamer dreams of both."

Dreamer is the nickname of a young bowler from a slum. His talent makes him stand out and he comes under the wing of the friendly father figure Harry, who was once a top bowler himself. He is also popular with sponsors who all have their own intentions with him. Dreamer experiences the elite athlete's fortunes that culminate in a serious injury that jeopardizes his career.
