Dolgaya Schastlivaya Zhizn plot

A young farmer named Sasha is about to embark on a new, happy life. The state buys up the land from small landowners. For Sasha, this is a chance to say goodbye to the potato farm he is tired of and return to the city, taking his beloved Anna (a clerk in the local land's administration department) with him. But once the deal is made and the farm is doomed, the local residents begin to protest.
