Dog's Life plot

Charlie is a good-for-nothing who has not finished school and has no job. He still lives with his mother, a junkie, who works in a supermarket for low wages. One day, Charlie makes a bet with Tuna, a ruthless bully. He loses the bet and must get exclusive concert tickets within a few days. Eddie is a feeble-minded who works in a seedy bar as a glass collector. One day he receives a valuable football ticket from the bar owner, a ticket that yields about as much as the two exclusive concert tickets that Charlie needs. Charlie sets in motion a plan to obtain the valuable football ticket, with disastrous consequences.
