DMZ, Bimujang Jidae plot

Based on the director's autobiographical novel, the film chronicles his experiences as a border guard serving with the Korean military during the 1970s. During that period, many secret tunnels dug by Korean infiltrators from the North were discovered, resulting in frequent skirmishes between the North and South.
