Die Leute von Züderow plot

Züderow, a small town in the north. The peaceful countryside on the Baltic Sea is characterized by agriculture, the shipyards on the coast and, of course, by tourists from all over the GDR. Work and life in this not always so peaceful place is watched over by the Volkspolizei collective with air, water and transport agents in their rural office. It doesn't matter if the section planners encourage difficult youngsters to rethink their ideas. According to Klawitter, the director of the VEG (state farm), only one thing is clear: large and small matters must be solved immediately for the benefit of the population.
