Die Große Versuchung plot

Richar Gerhard works very successfully as a surgeon after the war. What nobody knows is that Gerhard has no degree, let alone that he ever completed his medical studies. In a Russian prisoner of war camp he had learned surgery in practice as a medic. He obtained his appointment in a hospital through a man, whom he saved his life during a difficult operation. The condition for this is that Gerhard completes his studies. In addition, there are also two women in his life: as a medical director he has a relationship with the daughter of a manufacturer and as a medical student he hangs out with a fellow student...
