Vera (Baumeister) and Siegfried (Horwitz) have taken out a large loan and mortgage on their house and Siegfried's hair salon to fulfill Vera's dream of becoming a fashion designer. Then the boutique that Vera would work with goes bankrupt. Fortunately, she wins a prize in the lotto.
