Die Frau des Architekten plot

In the GDR of the 1950s, architect Arnold (Robert Atzorn) lives a happy life with his wife Julia (Jeanette Hain). However, he begins to behave strangely when he is visited by his old friend Daniel (Hans-Michael Rehberg), who has just been released from a Russian penal camp. Julia doesn't understand and tries to find out why Arnold is suddenly acting so weird.
