Dezemberküsse plot

Freddy, a desperate man on the run from his pursuers, is taken in by Thomas, his old friend, a good-hearted cleric. He is secretly cared for in the bell tower of the church, by the innocent, beautiful daughter of the priest. While Thomas does his best to keep Freddy out of sight of his enemies, does the burgeoning love grow between Freddy and Thomas? daughter and they make a plan to run off together once Freddy recovers. When Thomas discovers this, he has to fall back on his own faith, torn between friendship for his wounded comrade and love for his daughter.
