Sequel to 'Im Tal des Schweigens', 'Der Erbhof - Im Tal des Schweigens 2' and 'Der Wildschütz - Im Tal des Schweigens 3'. Anna Wallner (Christine Neubauer) discovers a spring on her property and wants to set up an eco-friendly project to sell the mineral water. When the bank refuses to fund its project, it is forced to accept her nemesis - the mayor (Gerald Alexander Held) - as a business partner. However, he has big plans for the water.
