Der Panzerkommandant plot

Tank commander and non-commissioned officer Tessen does not believe that his crew can become a successful group and therefore asks for his transfer. The fact that he finally withdrew his request is due to a little boy, whom he simply promised a model tank. This should be done by the crew members together. But can they now work together as a group?
