Der Boss aus dem Westen plot

Successful manager Harry (Alexander Radszun) is 40 years old and married. He lives in West Germany. During a business trip in the GDR, he meets 25-year-old Jessica (Barbara Auer). She was expelled from university and now works as a crane operator on a construction site. They have a short-lived relationship. When Jessica is later allowed to go to West Germany and visit Harry there, it ends in disappointment. Neither of them is feeling well about the affair.
