Der Äthiopier plot

No one can make sense of Frank Michalka's behavior. On his first day of leave from prison, he robs a bank and is there completely apathetically picked up by the police. Back in prison, he makes a suicide attempt. However, the committed trainee of his assigned lawyer persuades the terrifying loner to tell his story. It is one of great suffering in Germany and the hope of a new beginning in Ethiopia.
