Dear Ajayi plot

In southwestern Nigeria in the 1990s, sisters Ade and Titi Ajayi lead very different lives under the roof of their deceased father, while caring for their paralyzed mother. Ade is a devout Christian and the primary breadwinner, while Titi pursues her singing career with an independent spirit. Long-standing tensions surface, putting family ties to the test. Meanwhile, Ade's husband, Michael, moves to Lagos to sell his paintings and improve his financial situation.
