Deadly Betrayal: The Bruce Curtis Story plot

Adolescent Scott (Woolvett) is frequently abused by his stepfather. The irritated boy can no longer take it and wants to deal with him once and for all. A nasty scuffle ensues, in which not only his stepfather dies, but also his mother. He involves his eighteen-year-old friend Bruce (Reynolds), who has nothing to do with the murders, in the subsequent police investigation. Bruce's parents struggle to avoid a severe court conviction.
