Sam Collins is a pharmaceutical salesman who visits a small Louisiana town to close the business deal of a lifetime. He finds himself in a dark world of sex, corruption and murder when he is poisoned with no antidote on his hands. In 24 hours he has to live, he searches for answers and gets help from the local Jesse. Together they run away and cannot trust anyone along the way.
