"It's just me and my dog."

The life of loner Kees (25) only consists of visiting his mother in a psychiatric institution and taking care of his dog. But his mother does not recognize him and of the dog only the chain exists. Lonely Kees strolls through the neighborhood every evening with his dog leash and peeks into people's houses. An unexpected appointment as a money changer at the local bank will bring more happiness into his life, Kees thinks. But his colleagues treat him like an absolute nobody and the jokes he makes don't get through. That changes when Kees shows a photo of the girl he sees dancing in front of her bedroom window every night.
