De Guerre Lasse plot

June 1942. Jerôme and Alice cross the border of the occupied territory and enter a free zone. They seek shelter with Charles Sambrat, an industrialist who cares little about the war. Charles and Jerôme have been friends since their youth. As soon as Charles sees Alice, he is head over heels in love with her. Alice is also attracted to Charles, although she does not immediately admit this. Jerôme realizes from the start that his boyfriend likes his girlfriend and is jealous.
