David's Child plot

Life is going well for David Turner as a bestselling writer. Everything changes when his wife Diane is killed in a tragic car accident. Seven years later, David still hasn't written a new book and his publisher Steamer keeps harassing him about it. The only thing holding David up is his daughter Cathy, who miraculously survived the accident. After much pressure from Steamer, David decides to sign a contract to start writing erotic stories. Just then, Cathy drowns in a small lake and David falls into a huge well. When he has finally been able to gather himself together, he suddenly sees a girl who looks exactly like Cathy.
