Das Verschwinden plot

In Forstenau, a town near the Czech border, 20-year-old Janine Grabowski disappears. While much suggests that she wanted to turn her back on the province, her mother Michelle is convinced that something has happened to Janine. The report of disappearance soon disappears in the police records. No one should think of a crime, especially not here! For example, Michelle is forced to investigate herself.
