Dare yori mo Tsuyoku Dakishimete plot

Mizushima is an aspiring picture book writer who suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder. He also has an overwhelming fear of germs. Because of this, he cannot directly touch anything or anyone, not even his girlfriend Kirimoto. They have been in a romantic relationship for a long time and care deeply for each other, but Mizushima cannot touch Kirimoto or hold her hand. Eventually, Mizushima decides to seek treatment for his disorder. At the hospital, he meets a woman named Chiharu, who suffers from the same disease as him. Meanwhile, Kirimoto works as a clerk in a bookstore. Despite her understanding of Mizushima's situation, she meets a man named Lee.
