Cuatro Mujeres Descalzas plot

Buenos Aires. Veronica's flat is empty, she had to sell all her furniture. At night, when she can't sleep, she gets calls from someone who doesn't say anything. Her only friend is the fickle Barbara, who lives in the house she inherited from her parents. Veronica decides to rent out some of her rooms to earn some money. Martha, an angelic woman from the province, seeks her fortune in the big city and moves in with Veronica. Sandra, 46, is divorcing and feels like a teenager who doesn't know what to do. She also rents a room from Veronica. The four women spend several days together. Searching for the will to live, entrusting each other with secrets and seeking support from each other, they try to take away the 'fear of life'.
