Cross Channel plot

Tex Parker, owner of a charter boat, is framed for murder. Responsible is a group of smugglers who smuggle jewelry and coins. The smugglers operate off the French and English coasts, using Tex and his partner Soapy's boat to transport their goods. However, during one of the transports, Tex is thrown overboard and rescued by French fishermen who take Tex to their village of Porte Soliare. There he meets Jacqueline.
